A full service team of professionals in property management, marketing, accounting, market analysis, rehabilitation/retrofit, financial analysis, and valuation then implement this plan. Under the guidelines of the strategic plan, the team maintains day-to-day operations while maximizing value over the long term.
Within fifteen (15) days of a takeover, Cambridge Management Services, Inc. will submit to our clients a detailed business plan for the community, as follows:
